Client Services Manager
For over 30 years, Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services has been providing compassionate and dependable medical and non-medical home health care services throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Through our quality care, we help our clients with the medical, physical, and emotional strain that comes when home health care is needed the most.
Duties of Position
- Assists with the planning, coordination, and evaluating of home health care services
- Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures
- Directs and supervises personnel and monitors the quality of all services provided by their respective office
Responsibilities of Position
- Plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate care and services
- Directs and supports the office to achieve customer service, quality, and growth goals
- Consults with supervisors and staff regarding clients or families
- Responsible for the management and operations of the office
- Actively develops and pursues referral sources, as well as facilitates ongoing relationships with various medical and health communities
- Maintains federal, state, and accreditation regulations at the Agency
- Responsible for the completion, submission, and storage of reports and records as required
- Performs other duties as assigned in a professional matter
Job Conditions
- Position may be stressful in terms of meeting deadlines
- May require minimal lifting of office records and printouts
- Some travel is required
Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- Must have at least three years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related field
- Must have strong documentation and administrative skills
- Ability to organize, manage, and grow an office and its staff
