Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is currently looking for a reliable and compassionate RN or LPN to join our West Chester, PA office. This office services pediatric, adult and geriatric clients in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Providing one-to-one care in the home
Taking direction from clinical team and overseeing Registered Nurse
Following the plan of care
