Requirements:
- Valid RN License
- Physical
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- CPR
- Valid Drivers License
Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one care in the home
- Taking direction from clinical team and overseeing Registered Nurse
- Following the plan of care
